How do I choose the right MCscope microscope for my needs?

 Consider your application first—whether it’s PCB inspection, precision assembly, metallographic analysis, or biological observation. Check the magnification range, lighting options, and camera features to match your work requirements. Our team can help recommend the most suitable model.

Do MCscope microscopes come with all necessary accessories?

Most models include the essential components for operation. Optional accessories such as additional lighting, stands, or lenses can be purchased separately.

Are MCscope microscopes compatible with third-party accessories?

 Many models are compatible with standard C-mount lenses, HDMI/USB outputs, and universal stands. Contact us to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

Can I customize the microscope system based on my needs?

Yes, MCscope systems are modular and highly customizable. You can select specific lenses, cameras (2K/4K, autofocus, anti-glare), lighting (coaxial, ring light, polarized), and stands to suit your workflow and application.

Do I need to install software to use the microscope camera?

No software is needed when connecting to a monitor—our cameras come with built-in measurement software and work out of the box.
However, when connecting to a PC, you’ll need to install the software we provide. The PC version generally offers similar measurement features as the built-in one, though some models may differ slightly—for example, in functions like image stitching or depth fusion. We will supply the correct installer and usage guide tailored to your device.

Can your microscope cameras be used with any type of microscope?

 Yes. All our microscope cameras use a standard C-Mount interface, making them compatible with a wide range of optical systems. You can attach them to biological microscopes, stereo microscopes, or digital inspection microscopes—as long as the microscope supports a C-Mount port or can be adapted to one.

Are the installation steps the same for all MCscope digital microscopes?

 The setup process is generally similar, but lens types, cameras, or optional 3D modules may vary. Please refer to the specific installation video for your model.

How can I place an order for MCscope microscopes?

Orders can be placed directly through our sales team. We’ll confirm product details, quantities, and delivery time before issuing a formal invoice.

Do you offer customized or OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We can customize optical systems, stands, lighting, and even branding. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary depending on requirements.

What information should I provide to request a custom microscope?

Please share your application type, sample size, required magnification, working distance, and any special functions you need.

What are your shipping methods?

We can ship to your designated freight forwarder or arrange delivery through our trusted international logistics partners. We support sea freight, air freight, and international express services.

What is your delivery time?

We keep most microscope models in stock (except for special customization requests). After payment, we conduct product testing and calibration, and ship within 48 hours.
